Joseph Siblini is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Genetics and Molecular and Cellular Biology (IGBMC), where he works in Bertrand Séraphin's research group on the regulation of eukaryotic messenger RNAs. He holds a PhD in Life and Health Sciences and is currently dedicated to studying the CCR4-NOT complex, the major deadenylase complex in eukaryotes.

He seeks to understand how this complex is regulated and how its subunits cooperate with their protein partners to ensure its function. This research aims to link these molecular mechanisms to the control of mRNA stability and translation, thereby contributing to a better understanding of the regulation of gene expression.
