Technology platforms
Genomeast

Largely opened to the scientific community and one of the partners of the national network France-Génomique, this platform is dedicated to large-scale gene analysis. It provides comprehensive services for two complementary technologies : DNA microarrays and deep sequencing, up to bioinformatic data analysis. Our main activities consist in studying gene expression, identifying genetic mutations and polymorphisms, mapping protein binding sites on chromatin or identifying small regulating RNA.
