ARRIGE – 2025 ANNUAL MEETING: ACCESS AND AFFORDABILITY OF GENE THERAPIES

|

October 28–29, 2025 – Strasbourg & Online

Making Gene Therapy Accessible to All: A Scientific, Ethical, and Global Challenge

Gene therapies are revolutionizing medicine. Thanks to genome-editing technologies such as CRISPR, new treatments are emerging to cure diseases that were once considered incurable. But how can we ensure that these innovations are accessible to everyone, and not just to a privileged few?

This is the central question of the 2025 ARRIGE Annual Meeting, an international association that promotes the responsible and equitable use of genome-editing tools. Over two half-days, the event will bring together researchers, clinicians, policymakers, industry representatives, biotech entrepreneurs, and patients to explore the ethical, social, economic, and political dimensions of access to gene therapies.
