Protéomics
The IGBMC Proteomics Platform specializes in the identification and quantification of proteins and proteomes. It relies on a team expert in mass spectrometry, peptide synthesis and bioinformatics to meet the analytical needs of academic or private partners.
Expertise
- Peptide synthesis
- Protein / proteome analysis in solution or in gel
- Characterization of post-translational modifications (phospho-STY, acetyl-K, ubi-K, Glyco-N)
- Protein quantification (label free, SILAC, TMT, iTRAQ)
- Molecular mass verification of purified proteins
- Structural study (SS bridges, XL-MS)
- Bioinformatics and statistical analysis (Perseus, R, python)
- Carrying out studies and R&D developments, collaboration
Current projects
- Nuclear transcription complexes analysis (col. Laszlo Tora, Illkirch)
- Unfolding Protein Response of IRE1 and protein homeostasis (col. Eric Chevet, Rennes)
- Comparison, benchmarking and dissemination of proteomics data analysis pipelines (ELIXIR organization)
- XL-MS analysis of IKKbeta kinase subunit (col. Katia Zanier, Illkirch)
