Responsable de l’activité de transcriptomique spatiale

The GenomEast platform, hosted at the Institute of Genetics and Molecular and Cellular Biology (IGBMC) and a member of the national infrastructure “France Génomique,” provides expertise, services, and developments in transcriptomics, epigenetics, and genomics for the entire national and international scientific community.

In collaboration with the histopathology department of the Mouse Clinic, the IGBMC imaging platform, and the European collaborative project P4Health, GenomEast now wishes to strengthen its spatial transcriptomics activity in fundamental and translational research.
