Spatial transcriptomics

Elected as the "Method of the Year" in 2020 by Nature journal, spatial omics enables the exploration of gene and protein expressions on histological sections with cellular resolution. Multidisciplinary in nature, it requires cutting-edge technologies and advanced expertise in genomics, histopathology, cellular imaging, and bioinformatics. The IGBMC has developed an optimal technological framework to coordinate these diverse skills.

In collaboration with GenomEast, the ICS histology service, and the photonic microscopy platform, we offer a comprehensive service ranging from experiment design to analysis.

Services

We manage the entire workflow for your spatial transcriptomics experiments. Starting with an FFPE or OCT block, or histological sections, we process your samples, perform acquisitions, and analyze the data.

Always curious to explore new approaches, we are open to using other technologies. For instance, we have evaluated the Curio Seeker technology (Curio Biosciences) on frozen sections.
