Ikzf members in Hematopoietic Stem Cell (HSC).

I have studied the role of Ikzf1 transcription factor during early B cell development during my thesis. Throughout my post-doctoral fellow at EMBL, I‘ve develop my interest in leukemic and hematopoietic stem cell (HSC). HSCs constitute the pool of cells which are giving rise to all the blood and immune cells during entire lifespan. Biological processes controlling the stemness of these cells during aging or inducing their differentiation in homeostatic or stress situation constitute my particular interest of research. We are using genetic methods combined with genome-wide gene expression and chromatin profiling to dissect specific and common functions of Ikzf members in HSC biological processes (differentiation, maintenance, aging...).
